Description
- Currently, ProCKSI's file type for "standardises similrity matrices" is SSM, which is somehow misleading as it actually represents a distance matrix.
- SSM should be renamed into SDM (= standardised distance matrix) to make its purpose more clear and consistant with the other abbreviations: DM, NDM, SDM / SM, NSM, no SSM
