Currently
- If the user enters a PDB code, the PDB file is always downloaded from the RCBS repository
- This is time consuming and repeated effort if the same PDB code is requested multiple times

Solution
- Make PDB locally available as a database
- Query RCBS only when structure cannot be found locally
- Distinguish between standard PDB files or modified/new structures; standard files do not need to be recaluclated and can be taken from the database
