Versioning Policy¶

Versions receive the same release number as their corresponding Milestones (if existent).

Release numbers adhere to the following scheme:

major.minor[.maintenance]

	Number		Description
	major		Major improvement in functionality
	minor		Minor improvements in functionality OR significant bugfixes
	maintenance		Minor bugfixes

Release numbers are prefixed in the following way:

	Component		Prefix
	ProCKSI		procksi-
