Ticketing Howto
This page describes how *Users* can easily manage ProCKSI's issues to:
[[ProCKSI]]'s ticketing system for:
* report Reporting problems or defects, defects
* requesting Requesting enhancements or new features
* ask for support
Create a "New Issue":/projects/procksi/issues/new [/projects/procksi/simpleticket New Ticket] now.

Tickets can be easily formatted using the "Wiki Syntax":https://projects.ico2s.org/help/wiki_syntax.html.

h2. Issue types
The *tracker* field describes Ticket Type
Describes the *nature* of an issue. a new ticket.
||*Bug* ||*Defect* ||Anything that does not work as expected||
||*Enhancement* ||An improvement over an existing feature||
||*Feature* ||*Request* ||A new feature that should be added||
||*Task* ||Anything that does not fall into the categories above||
||*Support* ||Request for user support||
h2. Priority
Describes the *importance* of the reported issue. Defect, Enhancement, Request, or Task.
||*immediate* ||*blocker* ||Reduced functionality of parts of the system or the entire system until problem is fixed||
||*urgent* ||*critical* ||Security holes breach or severe loss of data loss due to the defect||
||*high* ||*major* ||Defect with major impact *OR* big enhancement||
||*normal* ||Defect with normal impact *OR* medium enhancement||
||*low* ||*minor* ||Defect with minor impact *OR* small enhancement||
||*trivial* ||Defect with little or no impact *OR* cosmetic enhancement||
Assigning a *Priority* is optional and does not reflect the order in which the developers deal with the issue.

For *Bugs*, *Defects*, the corresponding ProCKSI *version* *Version* should be given (where where the problem was found).
