Description
- Currently, the user does not know how busy the server is when he/she submits his/her request.
- In a future version, an overview of prepared/queued/running/finished requests/tasks/jobs should be available at any step during the pre-/post-processing

Add number of PBS nodes that are available/down in contrast to the number of requests/tasks/jobs.
This gives a very rough impression if a new request will start immediately or will have to wait to be executed.
